There are many different ways that caring individuals can help advocate for survivors of violence. To advocate and advocate well, one just needs to have the interest, desire to learn, and a passion to help those in crisis. Help Restore Hope can provide the training required to help make a true difference in survivors’ lives.
The Center regularly seeks dedicated individuals of all demographics - backgrounds, ethnicities, gender orientations, and ages that would like to assist survivors and their families in their greatest hour of need. All applicants are welcome for consideration. Interested individuals can either submit an application to volunteer with the Center, or can apply for open employment positions with the Center. In either case, the Center asks all volunteers and staff to under-go a background check to work with these vulnerable populations.
Working with survivors is enriching and a valuable experience. Please consider joining the Center’s efforts. Visit our pages on volunteering, careers, and internships for more information.
